Ingredients
Serves: 3
  • Almonds 60 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil 5 ml
  • Black Salt 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder ¾ tsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • Ginger Powder ½ tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the salt, olive oil, black salt, roasted cumin powder, sugar, ginger powder and lemon juice.
  2. Add the almonds to a pan and sprinkle all the ingredients and toss or transfer them on to sheet and bake for 6 minutes in a moderate oven at 170 °C
