Ingredients
Serves: 3
  • Raw almonds 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 Tbsp
  • Honey 1 1/2 Tbsp
  • Kashmiri Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ground Cumin 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste.
Preparation
  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the almonds in a medium nonstick pan and cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 until lightly toasted
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small glass bowl.
  4. Microwave at HIGH for 30 seconds. Add honey mixture to pan, and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Arrange almond mixture on prepared baking sheet in a single layer; let stand 10 minutes.
  6. Break apart any clusters.
